    Fun classes designed with the midlife woman in mind. Focusing on STRENGTH - building lean, strong, capable bodies. All fitness levels welcome, as regressions & progressions shown throughout.

    Something magical happens when you bring a group of women together to talk openly and honestly about their health & wellbeing without judgment. A chance to ask questions, to be listened to and get good advice from professionals who really care.

    Nourishing and delicious! With dishes including warm butternut squash & goat’s cheese salad with pumpkin seed crunch. Wild salmon, avocado & watercress salad. Greek chicken and potatoes. And smooth, rich chocolate desserts.

  • A talk on optimal nutrition

    A live talk by Registered Nutritional Therapist Amanda Ryder on optimal nutrition for perimenopause & menopause. The talk includes demonstrations and recipes showing delicious and practical ways you can support your body at this time.

  • Restorative yoga

    Yoga With Jack - a restorative and relaxing Hatha Flow yoga class to relax your body & mind.

  • Luxury accommodation

    Luxury accommodation in which to relax and unwind. Massages available.
