TRAINING OPTIONS

1) Personal training sessions can take place at my private gym or on the beach. There’s nothing quite like training to the sound of the waves!

2) Online personal training. This has been extremely popular in lockdown and works brilliantly with clients all over the UK. I coach you live in one-to-one bespoke sessions using Facetime or Zoom.

3) Group PT class. HAPPY WEDNESDAYS! A feel good exercise class running on Wednesday mornings at 8.30am mixing cardio with resistance training (weights & resistance bands). Classes are pre-paid in blocks of 4, with a Vimeo catch-up service in case you miss a live class.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Depending on your fitness levels and goals, my sessions typically include free weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, stability ball work, Terracore, TRX, and plyometric training. But of course all programs are individually planned and tailored to your needs. I try and focus the sessions on activities you personally find fun and enjoyable, while also challenging you to try new methods too. Please come to our sessions with a towel and a water bottle, with long hair tied back, having eaten your last meal at least 1 hour before the session.

CONSULTATION

All prices for personal training include a complimentary initial consultation (30-60 mins) which can take place over the phone or in person. During this consultation we’ll talk through your goals, exercise likes & dislikes, any previous or current injuries and your lifestyle and diet. I’ll also ask you to fill in a PAR-Q (a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire). It’s an industry standard form that’s used to assess if you should check with your doctor before becoming more physically active. The consultation is also a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to decide if I’m the right PT for you. If you choose to go ahead, I’ll use the information shared to craft a unique training programme for you. Everything discussed in this consultation is completely confidential.
